LynasServer

The LynasServer is the foundation from which all Lynas Suite modules are deployed. It includes framework and tools to rapidly build and/or customize Service Oriented (SOA) transactional enterprise applications and integrate to disparate applications.

We offer this server to customers where low cost, low risk, high security and enterprise class stability are important in their database solutions.

The Lynas Server contains built-in support to develop custom transactional business objects and applications without worrying about infrastructure programming. Built into this core, LynasETL helps integrate disparate applications to an unlimited array of applications and data sources to automate business processes and synchronize data.

The Lynas Server architecture uses some of the most flexible and powerful programming platforms and libraries available today. This enables our consultants to create fast and flexible real-time integrations between systems, thereby eliminating bottlenecks and performance issues in complex system integration projects.

Functional Components of the LynasServer:

Tax Engine

The Lynas Tax Engine is used with LynasAuditing to ensure compliance with tax optimization strategies and with LynasSPED module to validate accuracy of tax calculations in transactional systems. It provides parameter driven tax objects and profiles to calculate sales and use taxes at the transactional level.

Auditing Engine

LynasAuditing allows users to rapidly develop auditing algorithms that automate the process of identifying data discrepancy or control tolerance issues.

This function is particularly useful in systems integration and data warehousing projects. LynasAuditing is a key tool used to deliver cost reductions through Tax Optimization initiatives and projects to streamline reconciliation and auditing processes.

ETL (Extract - Transform - Load)

Included with Lynas Server is the Extract Transform and Load (ETL) module. LynasETL, powered by Talend provides a visual development tool to map, integrate and document data flow between third party systems and the Lynas Suite.

By joining and transforming data inside the ETL process, LynasETL dramatically reduces transactional server I/O and delivers a more rapid, easier to maintain integration between systems. Loosely coupled integration architecture reduces complexity, enables inclusion of custom data and dramatically improves performance.

Data Warehouse

LynasDataWarehouse and LynasETL are tools used to rapidly consolidate disparate data into common formats. This process enables powerful analytics of consolidated data and is a key input into the delivery of functional applications provided by all Lynas modules.
